Supporting Young People into Skills and Employment

Real Support Academy is expanding its Digital Voucher Platform (DVP) to support young people aged 16–24 who are currently Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET).

Our approach combines targeted support, digital skills training, and structured progression pathways aligned with the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).

We are committed to ensuring that every young person—regardless of background—has access to recognised, industry-aligned skills that open doors to real opportunities.

🚧 Understanding the Challenge

Many NEET young people face complex barriers, including:

  • Limited access to digital tools and training
  • Lack of structured progression pathways
  • Fiscal pressure and low confidence
  • Disconnection from education and employment systems

Without targeted and structured intervention, these challenges can lead to long-term exclusion from the workforce.

🛠️ What We Offer (SFIA-Aligned Training)

Through our programme, we deliver practical, structured training mapped to the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).

Our training is not generic—it is structured, measurable, and aligned with real workforce needs.

We use the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) to guide each learner’s journey.

This means:

  • You start at the right level for your current skills
  • You develop clear, measurable competencies
  • You build evidence of your skills in line with industry standards
  • You progress through levels—from Entry to Foundation and beyond

✔ Aligned with professional standards from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT
✔ Designed to improve employability and career readiness

📈 Pathways to Progression

Our programme supports progression into:

  • Further education and accredited training
  • Apprenticeships and vocational routes
  • Entry-level roles in digital and tech-enabled sectors
  • Continued skills development within the SFIA framework

We focus on long-term outcomes—not just short-term engagement.

By aligning with SFIA, we ensure that young people gain recognised, transferable skills that employers value.
